The Frank Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation ("Caring for Children") has grown substantially since it was founded in 1997, and the charity currently helps children from Massachusetts through Upstate New York.
In 2009, Caring for Children raised over $40,000, which was used to help over 230 children and their families.
The mission of The Frank Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation is to help children who suffer from a chronic, life threatening illness and who are from economically challenged families.
Caring for Children supports these children in a variety of ways. We focus on helping to provide the children's basic needs and to fund educational, enrichment, and severe needs opportunities that these children would not otherwise be able to participate in.
Caring for Children is a charitable non-profit organization under U.S.C. 501(c)(3), and over 95% of the monies The Foundation raises is passed directly through to the children and their families. Additionally, all donations (monetary and non-monetary) are tax deductible.
Caring for Children has a facebook group page. Click here to view the page and request to join.
