Meet The Board of Directors
The all-volunteer Board of Directors (BOD) for The Frank Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation are a committed, diverse, and strategic collection of professionals who donate their time planning and implementing all charity efforts throughout the year.
John Iovieno-President
John has been working in the Technology/Telecom market for over fifteen years, and he has a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. John has been the President of the charity since conception. He lives in Pittsfield, MA with his wife and three children.
Rachel Diness-Vice President
Rachel has been a pediatric social worker for 15 years and has experience working with children with special healthcare and developmental needs. She has been the Vice President of the charity for 10+ years. Rachel lives in the Catskills with her husband and their dog Magpie.
Phil Iovieno-General Counsel/Secretary
Phil is a partner in the law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner, and lives in Albany, New York with his wife and their three children.
Danielle Kuba-Manager of Fundraising/Historian
Danielle is the most recent addition to the Board. Although presently on hiatus to raise her family, she is a certified Special Education and Reading teacher with twelve years experience working within the New York State public school system. She lives near Saratoga Springs, New York with her husband and three young children.
